An enterprise incubator operated at one of Poznan’s non-public higher schools received support in the form of a lecture delivered by Attorney Adam Kuźma who discussed issues pertaining to the functioning of firms referred to as start-ups (the topic of the lecture covered the choice of the best legal form of pursuing commercial activity by start-ups and legal aspects of advertising, in particular, in e-commerce).
