ADAM KUŹMA ACTED AS A CONSULTANT BETWEEN A POLISH POULTRY SECTOR LEADER AND A FOREIGN EUROPEAN LEADER - JUNE 2009

Poland is gradually becoming one of Europe’s leading poultry producers. Agricultural law, and in particular, legal aspects of the poultry sector are one of the main areas of specialisation of our Firm. Partner Adam Kuźma acted as a consultant in the conclusion of a long-term investment agreement between a Polish poultry sector leader and a foreign European sector leader providing for the takeover of the Polish business in stages, preceded by organisational unification.
