The beginning of the year was a period of intense work involving comprehensive legal support in the process of the transformation of two large transport firms in Wielkopolska providing international forwarding service into one transport business in the form of a limited liability company. We helped to effectively carry out the legal transformation procedure, using tax optimisation, also representing the Client before State and local government authorities in proceedings aimed at obtaining transport licenses for the entire fleet of vehicles.
