RICHARD TURTON AWARD 2010 FOR PARTNER MAURYCY ORGANA - SEPTEMBER 2010

The expertise of partner Maurycy Organa, one of Poland’s first licensed receivers, was recognised internationally. As the only receiver in Central and Eastern Europe, he received the "RichardTurton Award 2010" funded by global and European “INSOL” organisations for his paper entitled “Abuse of insolvency proceedings in Poland by a creditor to exert pressure on the debtor. Remedies for the entity declared bankrupt as a result of a malicious motion”.
