Experience in legal regulations pertaining to capital markets led to the establishment of co-operation with a reputable brokerage/investment house in Warsaw. This co-operation resulted in the provision of legal consultancy services during the preparation of the first public offering in the regulated market. Actions focused on the creation of the appropriate legal structure of a joint-stock company prior to its debut on the WSE, proceedings before the FSA regarding the terms and conditions of admission of shares to public trading. We provided advice during the drafting of the issue prospectus together with an independent financial consultant and the brokerage house.

Firm’s Partners also represented minority shareholders in a dispute with the FSA and the company regarding refusal to admit the shares in the company subscribed for by the shareholders to public trading following the shares issue process.
