If the interest of the client so requires, we participate in resolving disputes at the pre-judicial stage through mediation, out-of-court settlements and conciliatory proceedings.
The Firm conducts out-of-court and court mediations, in particular, in the area of civil, commercial, family and labour law. We offer mediations to entities from the public sector, entrepreneurs, civic institutions and natural persons. Mediations are conducted in compliance with the Mediation and Mediator’s Conduct Standards enacted by the S.R. AMRKiS at the Minister of Justice.
By recommending speedy procedures and effective resolution of conflict matters the Firm has successfully represented clients in Polish and international arbitration disputes. Conciliatory courts and arbitral tribunals as an alternative to common courts of law often allow disputes to be resolved quickly and to the advantage of both parties.
