We provide legal assistance to natural persons who are consumers, mostly in cases involving liability for the product and contracts concluded by consumers (developer contracts, contracts with travel agencies, contracts of insurance, credit agreements).
Our legal advice includes drafting contracts, master agreements, procedures for the performance of information obligations and procedures applying to the handling of complaints. We represent consumers in disputes before the Consumer Ombudsman, Trade Inspection and the Office of Competition and Consumer protection. We conduct numerous litigations involving consumer claims.
