IMPORTANT CHANGES IN LEGAL REGULATIONS CONCERING BANCRUPTCY OF BUSINESSES - FEBRUARY 2016

Important changes in legal regulations concerning bankruptcy of businesses came into effect on 1 January 2016. The existing provisions of the Bankruptcy and Reorganisation Law Act are now known as the Bankruptcy Law Act.

At the same time, another very important law came into effect, i.e. the Restructuring Law. Partners Maurycy Organa and Adam Kuźma who are licensed receivers, have now assumed the function and duties of restructuring advisors provided under this Act.
