THE LEGAL SUPPORT FOR THE INVESTMENT PROCESS OF BUILDING THE OLANDIA HOTEL IN PRUSIM - MARCH 2008

Firm’s Partners provided comprehensive legal support for the investment process of building the Olandia hotel and conference centre in Prusim. The project entailed the revitalisation of an 18th century farmstead located on the shores of the Lake Kuchenne in the Sieraków Landscape Park at the edge of Notecki Forest. The centre was recommended by the UEFA for inclusion in the list of Accommodation Centres for players during Euro 2012 championships.
